What we are looking for :

We are looking for an innovative and creativeConversational UI Dialogue Designer to assist in the build-out of IntelligentVirtual Assistants (IVA) aka chatbots leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI).

  • As a Dialogue Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the personality andconversational flow of IVAs to ensure customers receive a human’ AIexperience.
  • By partnering with our Knowledge Engineers, you will leverage yourextensive creative writing background to script and structure responses thatare free flowing and natural, and aligned with the desired IVA persona.

    Withthe customer journey and experience at the forefront of everything you do,you’ll help decide the most appropriate next action and language necessary toproduce an exceptional customer interaction- all while developing an AIpersonality that is engaging and memorable!

    What you’ll be doing :

    Author all IVA responses usingprocess established by the Knowledge Engineering team

    Story board the customer journey and process flow to ensure that knowledge and responses are delivered in a meaningful and natural format

    Applying creativity to ensurethe IVA responds in a fashion that aligns with the intended persona

    Help train’ the IVA todeliver meaningful and accurate responses.Make edits to content as required

    Partner with Knowledge Engineersto shape and structure the data in a way that will address the questions andproblems presented to the IVA with accuracy and efficiency

    Collaborate with AI technical,consulting, and knowledge teams to develop a solution that exceeds customerexpectations

    What skills you’ll need :

    Motivation, Passion, Integrity. Those are just someof the attributes valued at TeleTech. Of course, there are some otherrequirements too. These include :

    Experiencewith speech recognition and CLP / NLU / NLG systems a plus

    Experience or knowledge of artificial intelligence, speech recognition

    5+ Years in a creative writing and / or linguistics role

    technologies, or machine learning

    Strongcreative writing skills

    Excellentcommunication skills

    Experiencein working with cross-functional teams

    MinimumBachelor’s level degree in Linguistics or related field required; Master’sdegree preferred
