Job Description IMPORTANT : This is a customer service role and ticketing will be done remotely via phone, email or chat.

Arrange flights, insurance and / or accommodation Use a booking system to secure vacations and holidays Collect and process payments Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.

g. visas and passports Send out tickets to clients Keep clients up to date with any changes Deal with queries or refunds

Job Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma.

Preferrably (but not required) a graduate of courses related to Marketing, Tourism and the Hospitality industry such as Airline Operation / Airport Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management, Human Resource Management.

With or without work experience. Those with at least one (1) year work experience in the Hotel Industry will be eligible to the higher salary within the given range.

With Excellent English communications skills (oral and written).

Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City, Quezon City, Taguig City, Mandaluyong City or Pasig City.
