Technical Support Representative for our Pasig site

Qualifications :

completed at least 12 years of education / 2 years in college / SHS graduates

at least 6 months BPO experience or 1 year customer service or technical support experience

chat support experience is an advantage, but not required.

above average to excellent communication skills in English

minimum typing speed requirement is 30 WPM
