Set standards and ensure implementation of quality recruitment strategies are executed in identified regions Develop and equip field partners in executing end to end Quality Recruitment Process including a)Promoting and engaging Agency Leaders in the utilization of QR programs, b)Sourcing, attracting and approaching quality recruits, c) Conducting Business Opportunity Programs from preparation, execution, and after event activities, d) Screening and pre-selection of candidates, e) Conducting interview / s, f)release of results, and g) Collection of requirements Creates enterprise recruitment analytics and governance reports for on recruitment pipeline, activities and conversion Develops tools to help execute and measure the effectiveness of programs for quality recruitment Performs tasks & special projects that may be assigned from time to time MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Psychology, Engineering or equivalent With at least 5 years’ work experience in sales, marketing and / or operations corporate or its equivalent, preferably handling a distribution channel Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint and knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Movie Maker / i-movie is a plus. Detail oriented, influential, creative, resourceful.
