As a Technical Support Associate, you will deliver customer service to our customers and clients. You are also expected to :
Provide first class customer service through phone and e-mail
Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done
Meet pre-determined targets
Represent the client in a professional manner
Adhere to clients defined processes & procedures and company policies
Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and / or exceed client specifications
Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality requirements

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of computers
The ability to take the initiative to continuously enhance product, quality and technical skills
The ability to support customer concerns via phone or email
The ability to deal with frequent changes, challenging customers; with extreme focus on service and sales
