We are currently looking for a Social Media and Community Manager who desires to be part of an exciting organization that rewards and appreciates its team members.

This position is long term and we are looking for someone with in-depth experience in project management.We are on a mission to create a better employer-employee experience.

Your first objective in the role would be the founding of the company’s digital community!The ideal candidate is able to develop engaging content, act as the face and voice of the company’s brand and manage all community communications.

You should be a people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with the client’s community.

Excellent at working with Social Media Specialists, Membership, Marketing, and other divisions to coordinate community postings as appropriate across the organization’s other digital channels.

Contributes to related communication vehicles and ensures the integration of community for promotion and awareness building and recommends and implements new community features as appropriate.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal.

The ideal candidate should be flexible, passionate and have a keen eye for detail, and is ready to deliver effective and inventive graphics and animations for the client’s brand.

This role is 100% remote work.In this role, you will : - Form the vision of our digital community creation together with leadership team, and take it to execution!- Research, plan and define platform to facilitate the community- Build strategy and scopes of community management and own their placement and recurring execution- Create a strong value proposition for joiners, either Clients, Multipliers, Partners or anyone who’s relevant- Make sure the community is engaged, being live and growing and being interacted internally and externally.

  • Create / collect content from the community for marketing purposes for the brand.- Build a content & communications strategy together with other team members for community members only- Monitor, track, and report feedback and online reviews- Monitors discussions, and respond in a timely fashion where appropriate- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams- Maintains a Responders List of members and / or team who can be reached quickly to respond to specific questions.
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trendsAbout You : - Proven 3+ years of work experience as a community manager or similar role- Experience planning and leading community initiatives- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills- Excellent oral and written communication- Hands-on experience with Social Media and Content management- Familiarity with Acquisition marketing activities and experience as a Marketing Manager - Advantage- Ability to interpret website traffic- Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver- Team : Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment- Individual : Able to work independently with strong initiative in a remote work setup- Detail-oriented and processes work quickly and accuratelyWhy Multiplymii?
