Job Overview :

The Senior Talent Acquisition Administrator will be part of the Global Resource Center, a shared services team based in Makati that provides recruitment searches and administrative support to Global Staffing & Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

  • Efficient profile creation / loading of CV’s received from Recruiters locally or globally, or unsolicited CV’s received from the team’s shared inbox, in the Corporate Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Updating required and other applicable fields in the candidate profile page upon loading CV’s into the ATS (contact numbers, city and country, latest position / employer / job description), as required by Business Systems and / or Management for reporting.
  • Updating and correcting existing records or managing duplicate records in the ATS, with due attention to the retention of important / notable data in the profile history through lodging of said details in the profile’s comment portion.
  • Performing other administrative support duties as per request of local or global Recruiters, which may include : Linking and updating of candidates’ status against specific requisitions.
  • Creation of requisitions in the ATS, while ensuring that correct details are used for these requisitions. Posting of jobs in the company website / internal job board and / or other external sites (e.

    g. LinkedIn, Naukrigulf), while ensuring that the posting appears professional and consistent with applicable approved format.

  • Provides candidates sourcing assistance, and / or other recruitment-related activities (including but not limited to contacting of candidates, scheduling interviews, etc.)
  • Reporting weekly / monthly accomplishment / progress report / s, or other reports relating to the ATS.
  • Completes special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information, and fulfilling transactions.
  • Performs other tasks that may be required as per need of the management / Staffing and Recruiting group, from time to time
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Must have excellent working knowledge in basic Microsoft applications.
  • Considerable background / exposure with candidate sourcing.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Desired / Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ideally with 2-4 years staffing and recruiting experience preferably in a mid-size private or public company.
