A day to day schedule would consist of answering client calls, responding to emails to help resolve client issues, either with internet, phone service, changes to their phone system as well as configuring pbx for new clients, porting in phone numbers and following up on previous support tickets to ensure all issues are resolved.
Candidates must be able to follow SOP, create support tickets, follow through if issue is not resolved right away, and ask for help if there is a road block until client issue is resolved.
JOB QUALIFICATIONSProvision new phone systems, phones, port numbers.Technical knowledge about networking, VoIP, how it works, capabilities, limitations, call quality testing.
Experience with AWS and GCP platform is preferred for managing VPS.Experience in answering support / general calls from end users and resolve their issue.
Experience in managing remote installation of internet & voip service with on-site tech.Knowledge of Linux / Unix OS, Grandstream & IP phones & provisioning such as Polycom, Cisco, Yealink.
Telecommunication & Internet Support experience.Experience with Soft switches / pbx & Install / maintain / upgrade software for IP cameras.
Be able to speak & write English fluently with little or no accent.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center Pasig City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT / Computer - Network / System / Database Admin or equivalent.
