SUMMARY OF ROLE
SPML is seeking for an Inventory Control Team Lead to oversee the company's overall Inventory controls and ensure SOX compliance.
The Inventory Control Team Lead reports
to the Revenue and Accounting Senior Department Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cycle Count Coverage
Compilation of IOH for item classification and coverage
Review sub inventory locations subjected to cycle count (includes meeting and confirmation) preparation and consolidation
Consolidation of enabled sub-inventory locations
Cycle Count Coverage Report
Cycle Count Assessment Report
Monitoring of Cycle Count Coverage
Updates Cycle Count Enable
Check, audit and publish cycle count performance on a weekly basis
Physical Inventory Count Activities
In-Transit Validation and Reporting
Education : Bachelor’s or College Degree in any Business or Engineering related field
Experience : With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Inventory
Skills and Competencies : Very good in oral and written communication skills
Can deal with Executives and foreign nationality Business Managers
Can work well at different levels of the organization
IT Tools : Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Knowledgeable in Sarbanes Oxley
Language / s : English
