Job Responsibilities :
Conceptualizes, develops, implements and manages all internal and external communications programs that link to, support, and help achieve the business units' (PBU) objectives.
Builds Goodyear Philippines' brand equity and footprint across all relevant communications channels (traditional ATL / BTL and digital) to increase awareness, preference, trial and loyalty for its products and services.
Maintains consistency and high-quality standards of execution for all communications programs and tactics in GY Philippines markets.
Builds Goodyear Philippines' corporate profile through external PR platforms (including executive visibility, financial outreach, and innovation), while leading the development and execution of communications plans that address crisis situations and significant threats to business continuity.
In partnership with HR, drives internal communications strategy and deploys various global and regional campaigns that improve associate engagement, increase alignment to business strategy and promote adherence to the highest ethical standards.
Ensures alignment for all communications plan elements (branding, strategy, messaging, visual imagery) to Goodyear global standards and processes.
Job Requirements :
At least 3-5 years in FMCG or technology communications role in a senior managerial capacity in the related field
With additional 3-5 years of experience working in an external communications (advertising, PR, digital) agency preferred.
Demonstrates mastery of the Marketing competencies
Knowledge in marketing facets and operations, ability to do forecast / planning and analysis
With good interpersonal relationships, the ability to decide independently based on specific guidelines and policies
