Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services.

  • Should have at least 6 months technical support experience BPO and non-BPO
  • 13 Months experience CSR International experience required
  • At least HS or K-12 Graduate
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivated and energetic
  • Must be amenable to work on holidays and weekends and working overtime
  • Can start ASAP
  • Excellent English communication skill
  • Strong analytical skills and comprehension capability
