The ideal candidate must be willing to be trained and perform duties related to customer service and assisting customer over the phone.

  • Preferably completed 2 years in college.
  • Must have more than 6 months call center experience handling international accounts.
  • Profile flexibility for those not meeting college education with 6 months BPO voice experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills is a must.
  • Has good customer service orientation
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has good analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
