Overview of the role :
Support the leadership team in achieving all relevant KPIs throughout the term of the Contract. Act as a role model for Jones Lang LaSalle by behaving consistently and ethically in accordance with the Business Conduct Guidelines.
Ability to interface with the Client at all levels, particularly senior Client Stakeholders
What this job involves :
The role entails supporting System Platform Administration for Local Service Centre Liaison and management for Corrigo Service Center.
This involves creating reports and subscriptions for the local team and vendors, coordination with Supply Chain and Procurement Team for vendor onboarding and removals, assisting in monthly KPI preparation and review.
The role also involves preventive planned maintenance / schedules management (prepare-upload-remove and realignment) and coordination with Finance and other departments for property management work order queries.
Certain expertise in analysis is also a plus for the role since it involves ad-hoc incident investigation, weekly / monthly data preparations for the Asset Management team and analysts and working closely with JLL central business intelligence analysts for KPI dashboards.
The role also performs administration of local business intelligence dashboards and platforms, assisting with keeping data secure and safe and ad-hoc reporting and projects.

Passionate in technology & has relevant experience
Relevant experience in managing analytical and system platforms is a must for the role, same as previous customer service experience.
A good understanding of technology and system platforms (computerized maintenance management system) and advance knowledge in MS office will also be helpful in the role.
Do you have the ability to work independently, show initiative and are self-motivated? Do you have the ability to work in a high stress environment and ability to multitask and prioritize within strict deadlines are also necessary for the position?
Are you good in time management and problem solving? Do you have the ability to determine when to escalate critical works or issues that cannot be resolved without further assistance?
