Job Description :

  • Be the go-to expert for the assigned in-app advertising spaces of all the Shopee games
  • End-to-end management and execution of in-app communication channels push notifications, banners, microsites) including effective allocation across touchpoints, quality assurance, and performance management
  • Utilize data to develop communications strategies and tactics to optimize the engagement and performance of the features
  • Prepare day-to-day and strategic reports on communication performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Conduct research on current trends, ideas and best practices to drive creative and impactful initiatives
  • Support Game Owners to ensure that critical communications channels are provided for their initiatives
  • Requirements :

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree preferably in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, and related fields
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience ideally in brand or communication strategy, with experience in data analytics, report creation, and presentation
  • Works swiftly and can pivot quickly with changes in direction
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Strong data analysis with working knowledge of Excel
  • Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Keen sense in details
  • Bonus if with prior experience in eCommerce marketing and if the candidate enjoys playing mobile games
